Parking:
Only a limited undercover parking in building is available, but we can arrange additional parking outside of the building at an additional cost. Parking to be booked in advance.

We make use of an outside contractor for Video Conferencing at an additional cost. (Only the Auditorium and Conference Room 6 are suitable for Video Conferencing)

The hiring of a Data/LCD-projector can be arranged at an additional cost.

TV, VCR and DVD Player at an additional cost.

All stationary, computers and printers, a high-capacity photocopier and flower arrangements, invitations or other special requirements can be arranged at an additional cost.

Catering:

We offer a wide variety of catering options that ranges from full day packages to finger lunches and other refreshments. Our in-house caterers provide sumptuous refreshments and versatile menus. The foyers of the centre have been designed as a flexible facility allowing groups of various sizes and a variety of functions including launches, lunches, formal dinners, private or corporate functions and cocktail parties. Cafeteria and bar facilities are available on site for your convenience.

Hotel Accommodation:
We make use of three hotels that are within walking distance from the Conference Centre and we can assist with Hotel accommodation arrangements at NO additional cost. Because of the good business relationship between the hotels and our Conference Centre they usually give us a special rating when we do block bookings.

Parking:
Only a limited undercover parking in building is available, but we can arrange additional parking outside of the building at an additional cost. Parking to be booked in advance.

Security:

When conferences are held over weekends an additional security fee is charged because we then make use of outside Security contractors.
